The goal of MSP Education/Compliance is to provide attorneys, adjusters and Medicare set-aside professionals with the substantive tools these professionals may require to navigate the Medicare Secondary Payer Act when handling a workers' compensation or liability claim involving a Medicare beneficiary or an individual who may soon become Medicare-eligible. 

MSP Education/Compliance strives to meet this challenge by providing both educational and compliance services to the workers' compensation and liability communities.
