MSP Education/Compliance will conduct a file review of your file and provide an opinion regarding the range of compliance options that may be available to address Medicare’s past interests as well as consider Medicare’s future interests.  Should you choose to do an MSA as part of your future efforts, MSP Education/Compliance can offer further services.  You provide medical records, claim documents and payment ledgers in electronic or hard form.  Review is done within two (2) business days of receiving the documentation.

 
MSA Referral/Coordination
and Quality Analysis Review                           (FREE)
MSP Education/Compliance provides FREE settlement consultation services for parties seeking to settle cases and address Medicare's interests.   Specifically, MSP Education / Compliance will coordinate referral of your case to a national MSA vendor (Protocols), review all projections and report preparation, and conduct a final evaluation of the proposed MSA to identify potential cost savings and submission issues.  You pay the vendor for the report while the referral, coordination and quality analysis review is free.**

Quality Analysis Review 
without Referral                                                           $100
Essentially, this is a cost-effective manner to ensure you are getting what you paid for from your vendor.  We review all projections independently and make appropriate recommendations  for remediation and cost adjustment. You provide medical records and payment ledgers in electronic form or hard copy.

Ongoing Settlement Consultation                 $150 / hour
If you desire ongoing consultation regarding settlement in preparation for negotiation or a settlement conference, MSP Education/Compliance can assist with developing primary and alternative strategies.  If you are utilizing an MSA allocation prepared by Protocols, this service is free. 

Conditional Payment Audit & Reduction                 $750

MSP Education/Compliance can work with you to address conditional payments with CMS including auditing the summary and seeking waiver and/or compromise when appropriate.
